Andrea is a Principal and Director of Operations with Stinnett. As a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience, she brings a broad range of skills to the firm, including operations, accounting, human resources and recruiting top talent.

Andrea started her career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen and transitioned into the recruitment industry after nearly four years as an external auditor covering multiple clients and markets. As a staffing manager, she specialized in the recruitment of finance and accounting professionals, and served clients throughout the Tulsa market for seven years.

In her spare time, Andrea enjoys spending time with family, attending her children’s activities, and cheering on Oklahoma State athletics.
